After a 36-year career in residential land development and homebuilding—leading teams and managing complex organizations—Farrell made a purposeful pivot at age 57 to teach, speak, and write about sustainable excellence.
He is the author of A Performer / A Environment – A Roadmap to Enhance Your Performance and Upgrade Your Environment. and works with leaders, teams, and companies through keynote presentations, workshops, and coaching. Farrell brings real-world experience, practical insight, and relatable storytelling to every stage, helping audiences create environments where high performance becomes the norm—not the exception.
A Georgia Tech honors graduate, Farrell held senior leadership roles in both private and public organizations, overseeing hundreds of employees and navigating the realities of real-world leadership: pressure, personalities, performance, and culture. His teaching is grounded not in theory, but in lived experience—wins, missteps, and everything in between.
