COVID Precaution Requirements: 

  • MUST Register by NOON on Tues, July 21.  NO WALK UPS  - No Exceptions due to social distancing requirements. 
  • Seating will be limited to number of registrants and limited per table
  • Doors will not open until 11:30 
  • There will be high tech thermometer stations at check in to take attendees temps 
  • There will be sanitizing stations
  • Registration will be split alphabetically and there will be markers on the floor to ensure six feet distancing
  • Food will be boxed/packaged
  • Servers wearing masks and gloves will serve drinks    
  • Attendees are encouraged to wear masks, please bring your own
  • If you have recently felt ill, ran a temperature or traveled out of state, please skip this event
